Pasino.ch signs deal with Flows

Pasino.ch, operated by Groupe Partouche, has signed a deal with Flows.

In addition to its 43 land-based casinos, Partouche now offers Swiss residence through its online operation, Pasino.ch. This partnership empowers the team at Pasino.ch to be able to build new features and workflows without coding as well as accelerate tech delivery, integrations and change across the business.

Casino du Lac Meyrin-Genève is the first land-based casino in Romandy, and went digital with the creation of Pasino, a Swiss online casino modelled after the aforementioned land-based casino. The Pasino team is made of experienced professionals who are integral to Casino du Lac’s ecosystem and manage the Swiss online casino at the headquarters in Switzerland.

By integrating Flows the team will be able to add new automated workflows to their current processes, quickly integrate and customise new 3rd parties and apps, as well as build and implement new features from regulatory and player safety Flows through to larger more complex flows, at speed and without the need to code.

Flows is built to be one of the most agnostic pieces of software on the market, that is able to sit alongside any other piece of technology that you have or use to then enable its partners to innovate freely and without constraint. With Flows, organisations have full ownership of their product roadmaps, can integrate with any app or data source quickly, coordinate multiple systems, and automate workflows in real time.

Rupert Ecker, managing director at Pasino.ch, said: “ Flows innovation platform has been on our radar since their launch and I’m very happy to have now signed and be able to start working with James and his team to help accelerate and drive digital innovation here at Pasino.ch. As part of one of the largest casino and entertainment groups in Europe, it’s essential that we reflect their success, innovation for players and excellent standards through our digital operations and we strongly believe that Flows can support us in this goal.”

James King, CEO at Flows, added: “We’re really excited to have partnered with Pasino and to be supporting the digital arm of one of the largest and most successful casino groups in Europe as they grow within the regulated Swiss market. They’ve got a great team of industry experts driving their ambitions and we’re very proud to be recognised by them as a partner that can add value across their business.

“This is a fantastic partnership to be able to announce and a great reflection of all of the hard work that the team at Flows have put into and continue to put into our product.”
